Sam has lived in and around the Triangle for the past 15 years; he is familiar with all aspects of the area and has enjoyed watching the community grow. Sam graduated from East Carolina University in 2018 and started his career in civil engineering as a modifications designer and quickly moved to the structural engineer role.

Sam enjoyed his time as an engineer, but it was his passion for helping others that lead him to pursue a career in the real estate industry. He is excited to have a hand in growing the community. Sam is a dedicated agent who values his clients’ relationships and strives each day to exceed their expectations, whether they are buying or selling a home.

In his downtime, Sam enjoys getting outside and staying active. Whether it be playing disc golf or building new furniture pieces for him and his wife, he loves the outdoors!
