August 2016 Housing Trends in Raleigh are showing pretty similar results to a great July. With a 33 days on market average, time is of the essence for buyers. Average selling price has remained pretty consistent with last August and with last month. Looking at both graphics from last month and this month, the numbers are nearly identical.
